Job Description: Second Chef
Full or Part Time: P/T 25+ hours
Main Duties: Required to run the kitchen on chefs’ days off and assist the chef during busy periods.
Hours: 25
Monday 11.30-3 & 5.30-9. Tuesday – Thursday 6-9pm. Sunday 10am – 6pm
Wage: £6.00 per hour (negotiable dependant upon experience)

Job Description: Bar Supervisor
Full or Part Time: P/T
Main Duties: To oversee bar operation, complete opening routine, cash up tills, complete change runs etc, serve food and drink as required. Must be confident enough to work unsupervised and to cover Duty Manager roles.
Hours: 16
Saturday 9-6 & Sunday 9-4 + cover + possible weekdays as required.
Wage: £6.00 per hour
